Tbh, that’s pretty much the conclusion I have come to and why I am eating small amounts of high quality bread (seeded, rye, wholemeal sourdough). What I need to do next is start making it myself …

Definitely a no to the texture of kiwi skin for me - I don't eat fresh peaches for the same reason - although I LOVE a nectarine!

Having said that the skin of the yellow kiwis is edible, the elderly over ripe one I've just tried had tough skin… so it's being composted!

Cat and dog worm and flea stuff picked up. Needs to be two weeks apart (I'm sure it didn't used to say that, and when they went to the nurse they had both done at once), so two opportunities for the cats to hate me. I need to a. decide which to give them first and b. remember when I'm supposed to do the second one. And not-Fatty now has a different dose to Stripey cat as she's moved up a weight category 😱

Oil delivery due tomorrow, so I need to remember to unlock the tank when I let the dog out for a wee (that will guarantee that they don't turn up early).

Plughole enzymes shoved down a few plugholes/shower traps. Courgette curry and black beans again, with another fruit/yogurt/seed pot.

Several deliveries today - two new wool dresses (must order cotton tights as I'm almost out of them), hodmedods and BWFO. Forgot to order brazil nuts, but remembered to add a tin of red kidney beans as well as dried ones as I want to make this https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/rajma_masala_with_tofu_03477 tomorrow/at the weekend.

The fridge is very sticky for some reason, so when I've finished cleaning the dish drainer (which is taking up the sink/drainer in the utility room) I need to take out the drawers and shelves and give it a thorough clean.

Plughole enzymes ?? Off to interview google as I think they might be useful!

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

@Watty1 - I get stuff from muck munchers (I also use their septic tank stuff and I’m pretty sure it helps. I also remove sink traps every so often and clean them out (they were grim when I moved in…)

Pilates done. Walk done. Oil delivery done (must go and lock the tank). Straps located to take to my mum's tomorrow to secure some furniture ready for the decorator. Tights ordered. DW emptied and lurking bits shoved in. As it's now past midday I can have a coffee and some food (I'm trying to get back into the habit of not breaking my fast before midday - black coffee first thing doesn't count!). Probably an apple and peanut butter. I need to buy more apples for me and Stinky at some point… but also eat some more veg!

Worm pill shoved down not-Fatty (pinned her down next to her food, stuffed it in, held her face till I thought she'd swallowed it) who forgave me for dreamies. Worm pills in peanut butter dropped in Stinky's mouth and promptly vanished. Stripey trapped on bed and covered with bed cover (she realised I was up to something so I did get a scratch), pill shoved in her mouth and face held till she swallowed while I promised her yogurt - she got up when I left, followed me downstairs, and demanded yogurt.

Flea treatment due in two weeks…

Oh, and cleaned the fridge. Still have the door bits and one shelf left to put back in and the contents to rearrange. Might do that tomorrow - although I have to go to my mum's to help her pack up ready for the decorator.

Was going to make a curry, but was too tired, so had pizza. Last one out of the freezer, so need to make sure I prep/defrost enough food for the week. Ideally I'll get home in time tomorrow to make the curry and have some for later in the week and some to freeze.
