TBC15 has Digger Mansions at 20.6%, for the year its good, granny got a scratch card.

Golds price was around £900 an ounce between the middle of 2016 and the middle of 2019. Then it went to its highest ever in GBP, it has been at £1100+ since. A 10% drop, but still not cheap at these prices. Still a good price to sell at. But be hesitant if you are looking to buy, I suggest little and not too often for now.

The retirement plan is working for now, but ask again in a year.
