I hate heights so no bungee jumping or parachute jumps for me .

Thanks Wannabe .
I managed my park walk this morning :j.
DH saw the diabetes nurse this morning. His blood sugar is up so he's got an extra medication to take
Then this afternoon DH had his heart monitored and then we saw a cardiology doctor. The doctor said one of DH's heart valves is slightly enlarged, but he doesn't need an operation luckily. But he is heading for heart problems if he doesn't reduce his blood pressure and lose weight . The doctor said DH should double one of his blood pressure medications, so another tablet to add to his already large collection. He has to take ten tablets a day now .
So not much work managed by DH today. I managed to get some done this morning luckily.
DS2 and DS3 are coming home tomorrow :T. Their flight is in the early hours of this morning unfortunately, so we'll get a disturbed night . It will be lovely to have them home though .
I hope everyone has had a good Tuesday .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I have missed them a lot, it's been so quiet. I'll need to get used to it though as DS3 goes to uni in the autumn and DS2 wants to go to Spain for three months .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hope the Dr's kicked DH up the rear to take on board his advice.

I'm awake at silly o clock again . DS2 and DS3 are on the shuttle bus en route to the airport. We felt we should set the alarm just to check they were okay and remembered passports etc. Once they get to the airport we could go back to sleep for a bit as their plane isn't due for a few hours. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
