carbootcrazy, do you do swagbucks? Collect Amazon vouchers, buy one that way. I do about £20 each month that way. They do sometimes get sold off cheap as they are discontinued (think I paid £30 for a One from Maplins) Keep an eye on ebay for people who don't get on with them, Have a look in the £shop for a simple pedometer if its just step counting that bothers you. Just some thoughts! Ask around, a girl I worked with bought one and never actually wore it, more money than sense.

Thanks. Great advice:T. I looked on the Argos website and they are selling the Charge2 for £89.99 at the moment.

No, I don't do Swagbucks, I do very little online or app-related apart from surveys when I can. Takes months to get enough points to cash-out:o. Don't have the technology or connectivity. I don't even have a smartphone:eek:, only a basic ancient PAYG 'brick' for emergency use when I'm driving in isolated areas on my own at night. I'm a technological dinosaur:o

I do have a tiny basic pedometer that clips to a waistband (a freebie from years ago) and I have used that but it's other functions I'd like such as heart-rate monitor etc and not just the step-counter.
  • Yes the Fitbit does have a lot more useful functions than just counting steps Carboot. Maybe you could sell a few things on ebay to raise money for one?

I've done my volunteering this morning and this afternoon just worked. A NSD day and it will be a AFD too :).

I did one YG survey and am almost halfway to my 5000 points, sigh, it's going to take me another six months at this rate! But when all my PA surveys have been approved I have about £10.30 I'll withdraw :T.

Hardly any steps today, but tomorrow I'll go for my walk. I hope it's not going to rain, the weather was very peculiar today ranging from heavy rain to sunshine .

Also out National Trust membership cards arrived :j.

Hope everyone has had a good Thursday :).

    Very busy day then HH.

For a change there were loads of PA surveys when I got home , I have done 10. It will be a fluke, I won’t get anymore for months now . I am 362 points of you gov payout.
