F x. I'm desperate for some stability, financial and otherwise, so I am very pleased and hope that I'll be happy there.
milann said:Fantastic news re the job. I think that is my favourite age to work with….never a dull moment although it can be hard work. I remember the beginning of term - if one cried for their parents it could be contagious 😳😳😂😂…..I’ve even considered volunteering at my old nursery but the covid figures keep putting me off.
WOW I’m pleased to hear dh has lost some weight….it must be better for his health and easier on your mind. As for frugal Christmas presents…..people remember who they were with and what they did…..it sounds as if you had a lovely time 👍 with special people - that’s what is important.
As for feeling guilty for not posting on here……DON’T👍😂😏 it’s lovely to hear from you and I use it as a place to vent some feelings and chat to online friends, but real life has to take precedence- it sounds as if you’ve had a busy time 👍👍
Well done in getting a job - I knew your hard work would pay off for you 👏👏👏👏
If you feel up to it please keep us posted about your new job when you can. 👍👍. It's a bit of a younger age group than at school, but I've enjoyed volunteering at the preschool so I think I'll enjoy it. I'll be working with 3-4 years old luckily which is closer to what I'm used to. I do feel like my hard work has finally paid off 😁. I had a video interview with three people and a trial morning at the preschool before I was offered the job.
I'm very thankful DH has lost weight and I hope he can keep it off and lose more which he needs to to avoid future problems. I will definitely try and post more regularly to keep you updated.

I couldn't be happier for you, HH
. DH doing well; DS3 finding a job and being able to do it while still being with you; a lovely family Christmas and to top it all a new job. for you
. What a wonderful series of events to brighten up what must have been a dismal year for you. It's so good to see you back, you know we've all missed you
Wishing you the very best of luck in your new job (not that you need luck but you know what I mean). You're a 'natural' with young children and will be a great success at this job as you were in your last one. I bet the staff of your 'old' school are already regretting not being able to keep you. Their loss!

Oh well done on your new job HH, I always think nursery/pre-school staff are very brave! It must be a very rewarding job though and 3-4 year olds are a nice age when they chatter away about random things. 😂 My DS is 4 and some of the stuff he comes out with, I dread to think what he tells the ladies at nursery! 🤦♀️Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
