Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x5 -
The Stand is one of my favourite books ever. I'm a big Stephen King fan generally.
Ann Cleeves has started a new series based in North Devon, there's only one out so far - The Long Call. That was good too. I've read some of the Shetland series, and enjoy those (and the TV programme!).
Robert Galbraith's Strike novels (JK Rowling) are really good too, and the latest one has just come out.

Must admit I like a long book.
What's the audio like? I have a couple of 'audio' credits at the moment, but I find some of them so flat I can't be bothered listening to them! Mind you it may be just me. I've been reading for over 65 years and I'm not used to listening instead.

Just popping in to say that I finished listening to the latest strike book last night. It is read by Robert Glenister who I think does a brilliant narration. It is v long but very compelling and I think possibly the best book yet in the series.Hope you have a good half term
