Hi HHD

Hope you feel better soon HHOD!
Love the planning for the festivities thing. I knew I had no time this year, and did most things well in advance. OH said on 23rd that this was the least stressful one ever.My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++

Oh dear, on reflection I wonder whether you thought I was suggesting something in the food you provided made anyone ill:eek:. If there's ever a foot that can be put into it it'll be mine:o
With so many lurgies about, especially the norovirus (sp?) which seems to be virulent at the moment, I wondered whether one of your guests had maybe unwittingly introduced it to your home and hence to other guests.
I hope you're feeling a bit better by now. What a shame the NT visit didn't happen though:(. It was really cold here today, although bright, and if it was the same down your way it might have been a good thing anyway that you stayed at home. xxx0 -
Sorry to hear you're still not well HHD. Hope whatever it is passes quickly so you can get on with enjoying your time off.
FS - that's exactly the sort of thing I'd do. Say something in all innocence meaning one thing, when re-reading would realise it could actually be taken exactly the opposite way. HHD is lovely though and I'm sure she'll know you didn't mean it that way.xx

That was very sensible of you to plan Christmas in advance and I wish I'd had the forsight to do the same, but next year will be very different.

Glad you seem to be a lot chirpier this morning, HHOD:j. Things like upset tummies and vomiting can really knock the stuffing out of people so I hope you get your energy back to enjoy the rest of your break from work. Just don't try to cram in too much to make up for the 'lost' days, otherwise you'll go back to school feeling you've never had a break at all. When do you go back, by the way? Will you be taking DS3 back before you restart work or afterwards?0
