    very happy for all you debt free people. still got £130k of mortgage to pay off and kids to go to uni (hopefully)

    Oooh, chanterelle mushrooms, HHoD, I love foraging, but have only ever picked field mushrooms..... & that was many years ago, as Mr F is horrified at the idea of eating mushrooms I've picked, lol...... We do have a very good relationship :-) I do occasionally sneak a few minor foragings into his salads.... dandelion leaves, hairy bittercress, nasturtium leaves, etc, & he did like my hedgerow jelly.
    Have a lovely time in Scotland.

    I trust BIL not to poison us with the mushrooms :). We had them in a risotto last night and in an omelette tonight.

    We walked up a mountain today and saw three beautiful lochs from the top.

    I've done 20,083 steps today! I should sleep well tonight :D.
