Do the court send me this or do i need to fill it out online? I'm a little nervous now

    thanks
You need to research this first - nothing to be nervous about - most people go through life never dealing with a set aside!

Easy to find info here (use search) and via google online for more guides

    Hi all,

So I've been sent a LBA from, Civil Enforcement Limited. Any tips?

    thanks,
Did you go through the set aside advice as mentioned above?
    if not why not?
you need to get the name of the parking company correct, civil enforcement are not ukcps.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • Is this another ticket? If its CEL then it cant be the same as before. One case, one thread. As ever, shiockingly enough, the newbies thread covers LBAs as well

Did you do the set aside? You realise there is a time limit on this.
  • Hello,

I've been unwell this year and in and out of hospital and just got back to work. I think I've got this mixed up with a post about another ticket which I apologies for. I have received a letter from Civil Enforcement Limited and it is a LBA. I've been unwell since summer so not done anything. If it's too late then i'll have to pay it but if I can do anything then I will.

    thank you
  • So I've sent an email to request a SAR to CEL

I've ready the newbies forum but I don't understand who I need to write the letter now I've sent the email to CEL?

    Thanks,

I suggest that you start a new thread if this is about CEL and not ukcps

One topic , one thread , to avoid confusion (which is what is happening here)
