Dear
Thank you for contacting us regarding one of our members.
I can confirm that motorists are offered the ability to appeal a parking charge within 21 days from the date of issue.
If you have been unable to appeal within this time frame then there is an option of a non standard appeals process, but this can only be offered with the operator's agreement.
Sorry we cannot assist you further with this matter.
Kind Regards

And the main reason to NOT go for the non-standard appeal is that the motorist has to agree to be bound by the result, thus making it easier if the PPC sues the motorist (as the motorist almost certainly WILL lose the appeal).0

Hello,
So I’ve received a letter from miah solicitors about this case.
I’ve read the section about this in the newbies area but it does still worry me and it’s making me anxious.
My work colleague has a ticket from the same car park and has a court date set which also worries me.
Do you have any extra advise?
Thanks,0 -
What does the Miah letter say? Just take a scan and host on imgur or Dropbox or tinypic and post a link to the url, changing http to hxxp and a regular will convert to a live letter NtK to your image.
We can’t possibly comment if we don’t know the content. ‘Received a letter from Miah Solicitors’ tells us nothing. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
