New here so wasn't sure where to post so I hope this goes to the right place!
    Welcome!

But no, this is the wrong place to get replies.

You will need to copy & paste it into a new thread and then delete this one, as this thread is someone else's old case.

As NPE are in the IPC there is no point trying to 'get the appeal right' because it;s not designed to work...the PCN doesn't get cancelled.

That is an old appeal template, too, which is why not to read old threads. You need to read the NEWBIES thread before posting your new thread, please. See my signature - one click gets you to page one of the forum (today's posts) with the NEWBIES thread near the top.

No link provided to a sticky thread, just look at my signature & do the 2 clicks.

I think this company has taken over from the dreaded clampers.

    National Parking Enforcement Ltd.

You only have to look at the reviews on google for this Company to see how they operate.

While on holiday I pulled into a car park in Hemsby, parking m/c would not take my coins
and would not work with a credit card, Phoned the number on the notice board for help the
number was not recognised, left the car park and went to another car park nearby. I Was
on that carpark 16 min never left there but still received a £100 fine.

I appealed and it was rejected, the case number for the Independent appeal did not work
and I was referred back to N.P.E. How do they get away it.

They do not get away with it if you do not let them, read this.
