Gladstones Letter Before Claim

Okay am going to be sending off the letter asap. I have amended the first part with your rephrased opening coupon-mad.
THANKYOU all so much for the help. I really hope this does the job, if not I will be back to see what I do IF I receive a court letter.
fingers crossed I don't.0 -

It's unlikely that anyone at Gladstones will read this, it will just be one of their boxes ticked as their claims are automated on an industrial scale - a conveyor belt operation we refer to as robo-claim.
You need to prepare yourself for the long run, then you won't be surprised if it does. The one thing to bear in mind is that if it does go to court, even if you lose you won't pay any more than they are demanding now. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I know as soon as I wrote it and hit send I realised what I asked. (doh)0 -
It will only 'do the job' in the context of showing that you are following due process, and should it end up in front of a judge you can't be accused of acting unreasonably by ignoring a LBC.

okay thank you. I hope this doesn't as the cost is just unreasonable for parking in a car park.
IF I do receive a claim court letter I will return with more questions no doubt on how to proceed.
thank you0 -
Court claim FORM is what youre looking for. Poorly prined / photocopied, but still valid.0
