Watch out you'll get addicted!
We've said we won't make any more til most of it is used...... BUT..... I still want to do some blackcurrant jam and cherry jam later in the year if possible, and maybe some strawberry.......:rolleyes::rolleyes:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
It is very hard not to make jam. I had a sabbatical from it this year because we were moving and it just seemed such a waste to tip the windfalls in the bin.
This year, however, will be different...0 -

hi i wanted to make some jam but have a couple of questions...
when jam making, is it hygenic to use old jam jars and their lids?
what do you use to seal the jars? do you use lids or greaseproof paper and elastic bands? or something else?
help!
