I'd like to join the challenge too. I think I will aim for 7 pounds but if I could get 10 then that would be great
I don't go to class anymore and whilst my weight has kind of maintained, a few pounds have crept on. .... It would make me really to lose a few pounds in time for Christmas
Talking of class, does anyone know what is the free gift that's being given out in slimming world classes this week?

Please can I try for 8lb on the next challenge, Kathryn. That seems realistic and will take me into the next stone bracket.
Got my shelves up and filled with books yesterday and am so chuffed with the result that it's galvanised me to get on with the other alcove straight away. I feel it will be a lot quicker now I know what I'm doing too, fingers crossed.
Still need to claw 4.5 syns over the next three days (I out some cheese in my omelette yesterday which scuppered me a bit!)...

T - SW cottage pie from the freezer, green beans
HEA - Milk
HEB - Weetabix
