    Well done to the losers esp green tiger, it's some going that is. I recogn we will break the 60% of target as a group which is remarkable really. Keep going folk, we've done remarkable in my opinion.

    I had one of the free cocktails at frankie and bennies and a pizza in Blackpool, which was off diet but lovely. Did do a lot of walking though. Plus had a stick of rock and bonfire toffee yesterday. :/ Need to fix my garmin thing as I bought the batteries but still haven't put them in.

    Been on the scales today and surprisingly lost

    -3

    Which I'm really happy about as I means I've got 3 stone 2lbs to go, which is a lot better now than what it was before. Odd couple of people are starting to notice too which is nice.

    I live by the premise if you don't try you'll never know so I'm going for 9lbs for Xmas/ new year more likely as then I'll be at 14 stone as I've not been at that since I started uni 12 years ago (Lord I feel old).

    Welcome to the newbies. We'll be skinny Minnie's by this time next year :)
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

    And fireworks are doing my nut in. We've had them for the last week nearly every day and I bet we will have them for the next 2. One of the dogs has huge ears and as soon as night appears spends all night in the corner or on my knee shaking. Can't wait until it's over tbh. Wish they would stick to a weekend with them all

    Very true bubbs lol. Meeting up with one of my uni friends on Saturday and I'm sure she's 5 years older so I think she's 35 and will be weeks off having her baby, just hope she doesn't have it on the spa day :/

    I was nominated for Miss Slinky. It was the final in group.
    I only went and won!

    Evening, we survived London and the wedding.... OMG was totally piddled, I could not even begin to guess the syns... several bottles of wine, beer, gin..... and then food at the wedding, and then cheesy chips on the stumble home, and then huge pancakes and toppings this morning! But on the plus side, we had walked 15,000 steps before the wedding, and then danced solid for about 5 hours, so hopefully we worked some of the calories off!

    Back on the wagon tomorrow!

    Bubbs.... what weight loss am I going for this challenge?
