That's the spirit Lushlifesaver - and as my consultant would say well done for not waiting until after Christmas to rejoin - apparently my consultant has had messages already off people saying they aren't going to class until January - if I did that I'd probably put all the weight I'd lose back on again!

Anyway I have a confession.....and just bear in mind Kathrynha said you had to be nice to me.

I forgot to email the spreadsheet to my work email address so will have to post the chart tonight....hope people don't mind too much.

    (please put those pitchforks down)

Dont worry about the chart. Its fine.

well I have spoken to OH; I'm going back to group on Thursday :D I will take littlie with me for now but when our childminder eventually gets herself sorted for the 30 hour funding (been waiting since it launched so far as she promised she'd get sorted :/) he will watch her whilst I go!

So I've messaged my old consultant and I'm going to get the voucher from Closer magazine

Plan is to go, treat it like I've never ever been, buy a 12 week countdown and get some hifis then just try as hard as I can!

Thats the way too look at it, good luck :D

Yes - if I left it any longer I don't think I'd do it and after weighing myself yesterday I know I'm the heaviest I've ever been so something needs done

That's a good decision to go back to group lush. It should motivate you. Hopefully the childminder should get her act together soon as I think it's a shame you don't get that bit of time to yourself.:( What were you hoping to find out from the doctor?:)

I had bloods taken last time I was there but apparently they never received the results and the next dr I saw said I could get them done again 'but I really don't see any point. its just the age old solution of eat less and move more' even though several gps at the same surgery have said they'd expect to see something because of family history etc. never seem to be able to see the same dr twice so I've just been getting more and more down about it!

not such an on plan day today because I didn't get to eat anything until 11am, then had a very nice (but not so sw friendly) lunch and tea was just a sandwich. I've also had two other bread rolls ... tbh it was because I was in the wrong mindset

I'm about to read closer and sort my voucher :D

    plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: baked omelette bites with baked beans and spinach
lunch: will be out with my co-worker as we're at the office for a 2hr long meeting re events and after that we will be desperate for fresh air, natural light (none of either inside the office or meeting room!) and space from other colleagues haha. not sure where or what yet but I will try to make a good choice
going to the gym after work
tea: going to make myself a warm chicken salad (new taytoes, chicken breast, spinach, red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, little bit of light mayo)

think I may go for bubble bath after I've read closer - oh is on his game (again) and i'll only keep eating if I don't as I seem to have the munchies tonight!

    Good evening all :D

My last post on here was Aug 2015

Anyone remember me? hello Maman and Beanielou

I mainly use my smartphone to go online etc and it is hard to read the forum and post on my phone. anyone got any tips?
I am so pleased to tell you all that I did stick with SW and have lost 8 stone :j:j
It has changed my life so much for the better. I am healthier, a lot more active and so much happier.

I have had the courage to get a new job with a uniform. I walked the 26 mile kiltwalk this summer and I walk daily for miles with the dog which has been the biggest change. When I was 22 1/2 stone I couldn't walk very far without being in pain and out of breath.

My group, consultant and instagram have been my biggest support.

I can't recommend Slimming world highly enough. Don't get me wrong. It has taken me 2 years to lose 8 stone and I still have 3 to go. I am changing my relationship with food and it is still hard at times with emotional eating etc.

I hope you are all well and I will try and log on more often on my notebook. With the weightloss comes an active, busy life and not that much time any more for computer time.
Does anyone post from their phones?
Away to have a read through the board and find out who you all are :heart:
