    Good morning all.

It’s weigh day. Since changing my job and working evenings and overtime my weightloss has suffered quite a bit. I’m getting better organised though with slowcooker meals and hopefully my weightloss is improving again.

Better get a move on, lots to do, go to group and working tonight.

    Stovies in the slow cooker

    Have a great day

OH NO YOU HAVEN'T!!:T The girl done great!:T

:wave:mum of two. Great to have you back and many congratulations on your losses! I often post on my phone but reading is a bit fiddly with the small screen. I like that my phone remembers everyone's names.:D

What I don't like about the syns online app is that it's difficult to clear if you want to look up more then one item. It's handy when I'm in the supermarket but irritating. Is it just my phone?

I read somewhere that Aldi now have frozen pouches of cauliflower rice. Anyone tried them?

You can manage with 5 syns for the day beanie. Just plan lots of filling comfort food then you won't have room for treats! Go for it!

I'm out for lunch today with friends. The light menu at this pub just seems to be loads of bread things like paninis. I'm hoping they'll do me a salad or a prawn cocktail or something without bread.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: tbc
D: savoury mince with potatoes and cabbage (probably as cottage pie)
Syns: not sure but I have about 30 to play with.:)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news beanie but for most people 105 is the maximum (15 x 7 = 105).:(
