Feeling down in the dumps today SW wise.
Thought I had had a good SW week so far but when I tot them up I have had 105 out of my 110 & I dont get weighed til tomorrow. Bah is all.
If it's any consolation beanielou I've just totted up the mammoth bingefest I had last night and have managed to eat 39 Syns. This is my second week. My husband was working away last night hence why I binged. Need to get out of this mindset completely and am, admittedly, feeling shame faced now I have totted it all up.
Am going to do without Syns for a few days at least. Weekend may be tough !!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news beanie but for most people 105 is the maximum (15 x 7 = 105).:(

The thing I have learned in the last 2 years is to ditch the guilt and the feeling bad about yourself when you overeat. I was a terrible binge eater and used to feel so angry and bad at myself and made the whole week worse. Now I just accept it, still feel a bit bad, but carry on. I told myself that this time it’s happening, no time scale, good or bad, I’m carrying on. I’m not the fastest loser but 8 stone lost and I’m still going! There are members in my group that have been away and back again feeling worse about themselves. You really need to be kind to yourself
I lost 2 1/2 lbs this week :j0 -

:T Another good loss mumoftwo. Well done!
I agree that there's no point feeling guilty and beating ourselves up but I do analyse why I go over syns when it happens. If I've given myself 'permission' like on holiday then I don't feel guilty at all. So it might take longer to lose the pounds but that's my choice.:)
I had a salmon and prawn salad for my lunch. It was effectively a roll of smoked salmon stuffed with prawn cocktail and a small salad on the side. It had a slice of buttered (well marge really) brown bread with it. So about 8 for the bread and a few for the Marie Rose. I'm not concerned as it's well within my total.
To celebrate I'll have cheese on tonight's cottage pie!:D
Although I'm not going to WI tomorrow I don't think I'd have seen a loss anyway. I don't feel any thinner although I've been on plan. I'm not a weekly loser.
The next 2 days will be more difficult as I'm staying with family but I'll deal with that when I get back.:)0 -
Aww thank you! I’d show you a before and after but no idea how to get a photo from my phone onto here x0
