The thing I have learned in the last 2 years is to ditch the guilt and the feeling bad about yourself when you overeat. I was a terrible binge eater and used to feel so angry and bad at myself and made the whole week worse. Now I just accept it, still feel a bit bad, but carry on. I told myself that this time it’s happening, no time scale, good or bad, I’m carrying on. I’m not the fastest loser but 8 stone lost and I’m still going! There are members in my group that have been away and back again feeling worse about themselves. You really need to be kind to yourself

    I lost 2 1/2 lbs this week :j

:T Another good loss mumoftwo. Well done!

I agree that there's no point feeling guilty and beating ourselves up but I do analyse why I go over syns when it happens. If I've given myself 'permission' like on holiday then I don't feel guilty at all. So it might take longer to lose the pounds but that's my choice.:)

I had a salmon and prawn salad for my lunch. It was effectively a roll of smoked salmon stuffed with prawn cocktail and a small salad on the side. It had a slice of buttered (well marge really) brown bread with it. So about 8 for the bread and a few for the Marie Rose. I'm not concerned as it's well within my total.

To celebrate I'll have cheese on tonight's cottage pie!:D

Although I'm not going to WI tomorrow I don't think I'd have seen a loss anyway. I don't feel any thinner although I've been on plan. I'm not a weekly loser.

The next 2 days will be more difficult as I'm staying with family but I'll deal with that when I get back.:)

So didnt forget about your cheese today then:D:D

Well done mumoftwo, 8 stone is fab! I'm still trudging trying to get back to my six stone award. I've still got a few stone to lose and it has also taken me 2 years to get this far.

Had a maintain this week which I'm a little gutted about. Oh well! Onwards I shall go. This week isn't going to be easy. Out for dinner and cinema on Friday night then at Alton Towers all day (it's open til 9pm so will literally be there all day!) on Saturday. But I will get there eventually!
