well I have spoken to OH; I'm going back to group on Thursday
I will take littlie with me for now but when our childminder eventually gets herself sorted for the 30 hour funding (been waiting since it launched so far as she promised she'd get sorted
) he will watch her whilst I go!
So I've messaged my old consultant and I'm going to get the voucher from Closer magazine
Plan is to go, treat it like I've never ever been, buy a 12 week countdown and get some hifis then just try as hard as I can!************************************

That's the spirit Lushlifesaver - and as my consultant would say well done for not waiting until after Christmas to rejoin - apparently my consultant has had messages already off people saying they aren't going to class until January - if I did that I'd probably put all the weight I'd lose back on again!
Anyway I have a confession.....and just bear in mind Kathrynha said you had to be nice to me.
I forgot to email the spreadsheet to my work email address so will have to post the chart tonight....hope people don't mind too much.

I'm lurking at the moment. Reading every post but I haven't been on plan, feeling rotten, and don't really have anything to contribute. Some great losses coming in. Well done everyone :T
My consultant is after really annoying me. According to the SW website if you do an SP day and you really want a free food, like a banana, you have it. A girl asked about SP on our facebook page last night. She'd stuck to it completely, apart from having a banana. Consultant told her she'd have to syn the banana at 5 syns  I swear she's just making the plan up as she goes along! You can't syn a banana! (unless of course you mush it up or cook it, neither of these being the case in this situation)
Anyway, that's my little rant :rotfl:Back on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18

Hi Whiplashy - hope you're feeling better soon though I'm finding this weather doesn't help....all I seem to want to do is eat stodge & cwtch up in a blanket lol
No that I'm taking sides but I did read something similar about sp days and eating food you shouldn't, though in the case I read it was yogurt. The only issue I have with that is that if you're not supposed to eat it on an sp day & you eat it, then it's not really an sp day is it?
I've given up yogurts this week not because I'm doing SP but I've always eaten them & I guess I want to shake things up a little. Also it helps with my water intake as once I've used my milk allowance I've used it so have to drink water if I want a drink0 -
Nice one keep it up0

Hope goes well for you Lush.

:T:T to VALM and dawyldthing. Those are really great losses. Well done both of you!
It does sound as if your consultant is making up SP as she goes along whiplashy. I agree with gettingtheresometime. If you have a yogurt or a banana or anything just free that's not on that plan then you shouldn't call it SP. For that reason, I wouldn't have the extra HEB. SP with a banana is still better for weightloss than EE (less carbs) but it's not 100%. Hope you'll soon be feeling well enough to get back on plan and restart your weightloss. It's good that you're keeping in touch.:)
That's a good decision to go back to group lush. It should motivate you. Hopefully the childminder should get her act together soon as I think it's a shame you don't get that bit of time to yourself.:( What were you hoping to find out from the doctor?:)
Welcome back from your holiday greentiger. You're right we were delighted to see the back of The Lying Dutchman:D. Serves him right!:p
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup, raspberries and 0% yogurtcorned beef hash with cauli
Syns: corned beef 1.5, horseradish 0.5, cheese 3 = 5
That leaves about 40 syns for tomorrow. I'm going out to lunch but shouldn't need anything like that amount to see me through.0 -
