  • Deja Vu I can only see "Asda Butchers Selection Turkey Sausages, chilled 8 pack (57g each)" - 1.5 syns each (can't see any turkey and caramelised red onion, sorry).

The pork and caramelised red onion ones are 5.5 syns each (67g).

  • Mrs R, just to echo what Deja Vu said, glad you had a good result after your earlier post. Your GP sounds fab.

Well had a lovely weekend in London. It involved afternoon tea and a few cocktails but nothing too bad. My real danger is bingeing when I'm alone so a weekend of eating out with friends isn't as bad as a normal weekend could be for me.

    Today:
    B - None (slept in!)
D - Bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes
T - Jacket potatoes (2) with Quorn chilli
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Nuts
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), potatoes (2), perhaps a couple of syns worth of cheese on my chilli (2) = 8

Have a good day all! x

  • Way to go Mrs R & Deja Vu!

Hope you're right SSM with the theory about resetting the metabolism - my body seems to go into sulk mode every time I come another near a 1/2 stone marker!

Maman - I did enjoy them and tbh I didn't care about the syns either though I didn't go too mad. I'm finding that at the moment I'm constantly hungry so having to steel myself against picking at the biscuits and carp generally.

    Have a good day everyone

It seems that syns online hasn't caught up with those sausages.

:T on your loss. You're doing really well.

There's no reason to be hungry on SW gettingtheresometime . If you find your meals aren't enough to keep you going, plan SW friendly snacks. :)

I know there isn't maman but it's really weird - the last week or so I've just wanted to eat & stodge at that .

    Obviously going into hibernation mode!

    -4.5lbs
    I got my 2 stone award!!! 3 WI’s early! I’m so happy :j
Am thinking of aiming for my 2.5 stone award but with only 3 WI’s to go I think I maybe pushing my luck :D
    :T:T:Twell done

:T:T:T That's great MrsR and 3 WIs to spare! You might just as well go for your 2.5 stone, nothing like aiming high!:D

Sorry to be a pest bubbs but what did you use the half HEB for in the quiches? Are they done in a muffin/Yorkshire tin?

I'm well on track with my syns this week although won't be going to WI as I'm away for a couple of days at the end of the week. Fortunately that doesn't matter as I'm back in target range.:D I have 40 syns left for the next 3 days and only need to keep some some for lunch out on Wednesday so that'll be easy.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold chicken with fried veg and pickled cabbage and maybe red fruits and 0% yogurt if I'm hungry enough
D: baked salmon, SW chips, asparagus, broccoli, peas, mushrooms and tomatoes
    Syns: none planned

It's grey, wet and miserable here.:( Hope it's better where you are.:)

They are done with WW wraps as the case but its only half of one i made these in my new pie maker:D wait for steak pies tomorrow :p:p:rotfl::rotfl:

Just having a quick skim of the thread from the weekend and I'm so glad you've had a positive result and are feeling brighter since your earlier post Mrs Ryan. Go for that 2.5 if its something that you feel will help keep you motivated and in a good head space.

Does anyone know the syns in Adsa Turkey and caramalised red onion sausages please? I used some to make meatballs yesterday and they were lovely. I overestimated as 3 each but am curious to know what they actually are for when I use the rest later in the week and I can only find the pork ones on Google. They used to do a reduced fat pork and red onion but they've disappeared from my store and I'm not keen on the Heck chicken ones.

    -4.5 for me this week

    Today is
B Overnight oats and berries (heb)
L Poached eggs on toast (6)
    D Vegetable broth
    hea milk
    :T:T:T:T well done
