Well last night I gave into my cravings .....chocolate biscuits, crisps, KFC were consumed....not in huge quantities but enough to use the weeks syns.

And do you know what ....I enjoyed them!

I'm back on it today & plan to have a good week

    Well that's the idea......

That's what really matters gettingtheresometime. IMO there's nothing worse than wasting syns.:(

Thanks for the quiche recipe bubbs. Out of curiosity (aka nosiness:o) do you just eat your Saturday tea in one go or is it called that because you graze on it through the evening like a buffet? I'm just trying to work out why it's called 'picky'.

I think today is going to be quite heavy on syns as DH did his usual mega sized bowls of porage today. Actually I think they're normal portions really. it's just that the SW HEB allowance is tiny. :( I'll put down a lunch that I have in but really need to go to Asda to fill up my car so I may buy something else when I'm out.

    EE 'plan':
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: JP with veggie chilli and pickled cabbage
D:roast chicken, SW roasties, BNS and carrots with cabbage, cauli and broccoli
Syns: xtra porage/milk 6, syrup 2, gravy 2?, gin tbc.

No we have it all in one go but its called picky cause we have it on our lap (always sit at table) and use our fingers, no knives and forks :D:D:D

Just running on quickly to report a much more positive result this week. Last week’s gain off plus a little more.
    -4.5lbs
    I got my 2 stone award!!! 3 WI’s early! I’m so happy :j
Am thinking of aiming for my 2.5 stone award but with only 3 WI’s to go I think I maybe pushing my luck :D

:T:T:T That's great MrsR and 3 WIs to spare! You might just as well go for your 2.5 stone, nothing like aiming high!:D

I use 8 eggs, s&p peppers, ham, broc , onions ham , mushrooms, dry fry the veg, lightly grease a flan dish
Put veg and ham in dish pour beaten egg over, slice some toms for garnish and sometimes i grind black pepper on the top, bung in oven for about 40 mins number 6/7

Sorry to be a pest bubbs but what did you use the half HEB for in the quiches? Are they done in a muffin/Yorkshire tin?

I'm well on track with my syns this week although won't be going to WI as I'm away for a couple of days at the end of the week. Fortunately that doesn't matter as I'm back in target range.:D I have 40 syns left for the next 3 days and only need to keep some some for lunch out on Wednesday so that'll be easy.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold chicken with fried veg and pickled cabbage and maybe red fruits and 0% yogurt if I'm hungry enough
D: baked salmon, SW chips, asparagus, broccoli, peas, mushrooms and tomatoes
    Syns: none planned

It's grey, wet and miserable here.:( Hope it's better where you are.:)

Just having a quick skim of the thread from the weekend and I'm so glad you've had a positive result and are feeling brighter since your earlier post Mrs Ryan. Go for that 2.5 if its something that you feel will help keep you motivated and in a good head space.

Does anyone know the syns in Adsa Turkey and caramalised red onion sausages please? I used some to make meatballs yesterday and they were lovely. I overestimated as 3 each but am curious to know what they actually are for when I use the rest later in the week and I can only find the pork ones on Google. They used to do a reduced fat pork and red onion but they've disappeared from my store and I'm not keen on the Heck chicken ones.

    -4.5 for me this week

    Today is
B Overnight oats and berries (heb)
L Poached eggs on toast (6)
    D Vegetable broth
    hea milk
