  • I'm here...ended last week pretty well...for me anyway

Weekend was rugby weekend. did pretty well actually bar two meals but that's done now.

today; gym this morning I did some fasted cardio as I didn't fancy brekkie, then took OH to his dr apt and ended up at the hospital at ambulatory care for 4 hours :O so I had a prawn sandwich (wholemeal bread so heb+6 syn then prawns, spinach and cucumber) with an apple in the hospital canteen. I was so proud I didn't go for cake/cheesecake/sweet and sour chicken with chips ha! I had an asda basic sausage roll. not sure on syns...10? tea has been a potato waffle 2.5syn with baked beans

tomorrow will be easier with no hospital waits!

I have done a meal plan for all of us from today until sunday; all healthy and low syn meals so that frees up my syns for sides and snacks got some really yummy sounding meals planned including a syn free baked risotto on Friday night :)

will be back at the gym Wednesday too. really going for a 100% week.

mum's offered to pay for a countdown if I go back to a group but I need to decide if it's going to work for me first or if it's actually going to mean spending more money to not lose weight....still unsure whether to go back to the dr and push for more input :/
