Great news! I'm officially back in target range!:D
2.5lbs off at WI and the first time I've seen those numbers on the scales since June!:j
I'm going to carry on being good though although it's not going to be that easy in the next week or so. It's half term here and I've got a few meals out planned but I've got used to making good choices so I'm going to stick with it. I'm right at the top of the range so I want to get lower down before next month's little holiday.

It's probably a mixture of things got to your MrsR, including perhaps your birthday catching up. Well done for not having a s*d it moment in Subway!:)

    Thanks for volunteering gettingtheresometime. :T

You'll probably get away with that for an odd day VALM but it's very low on Speed (in fact none unless there's any in the carbonara;)). I don't know how far back you go with SW but it looks like one of the old Green days which didn't specify Speed and was a bit like a veggie version of SW. Are you having your HEA as milk for drinks or cheese in the carbonara?

I've been out for lunch and may not eat again today unless I'm peckish later. I'm allowing 9 syns although my food had far less mayo/dressing than I'd anticipated when I studied the menu online.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 Weetabix (HEB) with HEA milk
L: prawn cocktail, tuna JP with side salad.
    D: tbc
    Syns: gin (3), mayo/dressing 6

    :j:j:j:jwell done :T:T:T:T

You might even be at target for Christmas bubbs . Onwards and upwards!! :T

Well, I decided maybe I was a bit hungry after all. DH didn't want anything so I took the opportunity to please myself. I had 2 LM sausages, 2 fried eggs, 2 large mushrooms, beetroot and a pile of SW chips. Don't you just love SW!:D
