    Good to see you again denise. Oradour sur Glane is an incredibly interesting and moving place. We're going to Auschwitz next month when we're in Poland. I want to go but expect to be very saddened.


    I'll be adding about 3 more syns to today's menu. I forgot that we really like grated cheese on top of the cottage pie. I'll measure out 6 syns worth and share with DH.

    I tried them ryvita rice cakes today, alright they are too and you get 6 for hexb if they are the multigrain ones

    My diets all over the place at the moment. Still don't have much of an appetite, and the food I am eating isn't SW friendly. Hopefully I'll get away with it as I'm not eating much. Drinking normal 7Up too, on doctors recommendation :eek:

    Gastro is pretty much gone but feeling awful as I'm on a lot of long term medication, which I had to come off us while I was sick. Restarted them today, so hoping they'll kick in again in the next couple of days.

    Congrats on getting back to target maman :j and congrats to all the other losers this week :j

    Oh forgot to mention in my last post....I finished my bronze award while I was on holiday :j Bit of a let down though as my consultant had said to tell her when I was finished and she'd give me a certificate. Told her last night and she said that's great...but didn't give me a certificate :( I'm a big wuss so didn't ask her for it :( At least the award showed up on my SW online as I was tracking my progress on there.
