Well, I decided maybe I was a bit hungry after all. DH didn't want anything so I took the opportunity to please myself. I had 2 LM sausages, 2 fried eggs, 2 large mushrooms, beetroot and a pile of SW chips. Don't you just love SW!:D
Thanks but dont think so, just a snack then:rotfl::rotfl:

Evening all
I have electricity :j:j:j
My consultant put a post up on the facebook group this evening saying she'd be there early for anyone who wanted to just weigh and leave due to the weather. Couldn't work out what she was on about. Looked it up and yup we have another weather warning  Roads weren't too bad when I was going to group but they are starting to flood. So I thought, oh that Brian storm hit us early. But oh no, nothing to do with him. He's still not due until tomorrow!
Dragged myself to group because I remembered reading about an offer where you buy a 12 week countdown and get the new book free. But no mention of the book from my consultant  I'm too much of a wimp to ask her about it
WI went really well though. Thanks to my gastroenteritis I've lost 10lb of my holiday gain since Monday morning! So only a +2.5 for me this week! Delighted with that :rotfl:
I've given up on all thoughts of catching up on the thread. I'm nearly 2 weeks behind! So I'll just pick up from here if that's alright.Back on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18

Well done (if you can say that after gastroenteritis!) Whiplashy! Glad you've got your elec back, hope it stays on and the coming weather isn't as bad as the last lot.
A disappointing first week back on it for me with a STS. I didn't feel any different getting on the scales and I was right... in fact I've put 1/4lb ON, but as I round up to the half pound it counts as STS. Perhaps the universe is telling me you can't keep stopping and starting without it getting difficult. Perhaps TOTM is having an impact.
I'm away for the weekend now but I do feel 'in the zone' so straight back on it on Monday, and I've been batch cooking like a demon too so no excuses.
Have a good weekend everyone! xWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Enjoy your holiday Kathrynha
and well done to Maman for getting back to target and everyone else who has had losses.
Stuck with the first cold of the season that's gone straight to my chest as usual so that'll be me with a barking cough for the next 6 weeks.
Today's plan
Brunch: Poached egg on toast (HEB) with mushrooms and toms
Snack: HM Hummus and veg sticks
Dinner: Veg Stir fry with noodles
Friday treat meringue nest with strawberries and f/f yogurt (3)

Sorry to hear about your cold deja vu. I do hope it doesn't last for weeks.:(
Looking at your menu, you only have 3 syns for the whole day. I have it on good authority (kathrynha told me earlier in the week:D) that SW suggest you should have a minimum of 5 a day. Now I don't follow that advice completely myself as I save syns for weekends and can go for days syn free during the week. All I'd say is don't go without completely whether you have 5-15 a day or save them up like many of us choose to. They're part of the plan. What we must avoid is getting fed up of a low syn 'diet' and going back to old ways.:)
I've planned today from stuff I've got in but it might change as I'm shopping later. I'm away for a couple of days visiting family so won't be totally in control of the meal plan this week so I'll do my best to be good when I can.
Today's EESP plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, fried egg, HEB (half) toast, mushrooms, tomato
L: ham, lettuce, cottage cheese, spring onions, pickled cabbagecottage pie (swede & carrot top) with cabbage, peas and asparagus
Syns: It's the weekend and the tonic's in the fridge already!!:D:D:D0
