jeans.jpg4e9n9t6d3vJust back from weigh in and happy to report another -1lb for me this week. God knows how after an awful weekend of being off plan but I have been back on it since Monday so seem to have salvaged it!

Have spent the last few days doing a job I've been putting off for well over a year and started sorting through the mountains of clothes I own and beginning to throw out anything that is too big as I want to decorate my bedroom but I have 2 rooms with fitted wardrobes full of clothes so need to thin it out! Was totally shocked to see some of my 'fat' clothes! Now fit into 1 leg of some of my trousers and my wedding dress, even done up on the tightest fitting and corseted up, I can still completely spin round myself. No idea how I fit down the aisle - I was so wide! Apologies for my flabby belly but just think how much of it there used to be to fill those waistbands! :rotfl:

Sometimes, you just need to reflect on how far you've come. I'm still 6lb away from my lowest weight as I always end up putting loads on over the school holidays and then battling to get it off again. Very easy to get stuck in a rut when the scales don't say what you want them to say so I think it's important to look at pics to remind yourself of the journey you've been on.

I need to shift those 6lb so I can get my head back in it and have the next award as something new to work towards. At the moment I'm finding it hard as I just keep beating myself up for having been down to my 6 stone award and then putting loads on. So technically it's still 13lb until my next award which seems disheartening as the last one I got was in July and I feel like it will be ages until I get there so I'm breaking it down into more manageable chunks to keep me motivated!

I don’t even think we’ll talk about WI today :( I got a surprise alright- way worse than I had expected! :( however the mystery was solved when I had a giant coffee at uni- all I can say is grrrrrr :rotfl:
Can never find anything much in the charity shops here that’s plus size. I found something lovely once then realised it looked familiar- turns out we were in a shop I had given a huge bag of stuff to :D OH hustled me out before I could buy it back :D I’m fussy about clothes and an odd shape so I’ve tried to do a mixture of sales and Primark. I have bought quite a lot of expensive things which in hindsight was probably a mistake :D
It’s been extremely hard to stay on plan today. Was so fed up I seriously contemplated a foot long BMT with minimal salad, tons of mayo, crisps and chocolate at lunch but I forced myself to ask for the salad bowl instead. I did have a biccy this afternoon at uni but it was just a small oat cookie with some fruit in it. I’ve allowed 7 syns but I honestly don’t think it will be that much.
Today’s food:
B: HEXB HiFi x 2, peach, pear, decaf Americano with s/s (1.5 syns)
L: Subway salad (1.5 syns for dressing) water, small oat cookie (7)
T: 4 x LMC red pepper and chorizo sausages (4) cous cous (1/2) carrots, cauliflower, peas, runner beans, green beans. Light and Free Yoghurt, NAS Vimto, HEXA Alpro choc soya (+1.5)
S: 3 Crackerbreads (3 syns) hard boiled egg, chicken chunks. Peppermint tea
Syns: 19
Night all x
