No problem adding extra milk tete if you want to use the syns. I've been drinking hot NAS Ribena or hot lemon/lime water lately to keep within the milk allowance.

That's a result with the trousers esmy!:T I agree about charity shops. I used them and a few cheap places like Asda and Matalan to see me through until I'd got to target. It also gave me a chance to experiment cheaply with colours too as for years I'd covered up in far too much black.

    Today's EE plan:
B NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: ham with fried veg (all Speed) and pickles
    D: SW spaghetti Bolognese
    Syns: extra porage/milk 6, syrup 2, parmesan??

Plenty of syns left so got it all covered.

Wish we had decent charity shops round us. We have plenty of them, but the stuff the sell isn't that nice and the prices they want are as much as some of the items were new.

I just stick to cheapish shops, and even have a couple of brighter coloured items in my wardrobe now in amongst all the black and navy.

I've downloaded it, but I have no idea about syns apart from gin.... someone taught me very well!

I need to formulate an idiots guide!

    Food today

    Breakfast - ham, apple
Lunch, cucumber, raw carrot, banana, beans
    snack apple
Tea, sw cottage pie (free) and every veg possible
pudding - apple, banana, FF yog.

I am getting used to this type of food, and i am rather okay with it... I would not go as far as to say I am enjoying it... but it is okay.

I have not wore my suit for 3 weeks, today it was huge and I mean huge on me. :j:j:j ... I looked like a bag of rags. I need to have a think about clothes as I don't want to buy anything for a whilst as I am totally skint as we are funding DS2 2nd attempt at uni!

    Afternoon everyone.

Thanks for the chart Kathryn - sorry I can't help with the spreadsheet as my self taught IT skills don't extend that far - I hope you enjoy your holiday and that the new drug regime helps you make the most of your time away. Congrats to Moneysaverme for SOTW.

Little NSV today - I needed to wear smart black trousers this morning, something I haven't really worn since finishing work 18 months ago - I have 5 pairs (why???) and only one fits, the others now way too big so will go in the charity bag. Sunshinemummy , good NSV for you too re your suit. I loved my suit I wore for work and have kept it 'just in case' but I suspect it will also be big. Charity shops are good for basics as you lose weight and worth a look for smart workwear.

Welcome to the newbies to this brilliant thread!

Great feeling isnt it when clothes are too big:j:j i have loads now , the jeans i bought ast week were from primark £7 and the 2 t shirts yesterday £1 from asda:rotfl::rotfl:
Shame car boots have finished or i would be looking there:D

Sorry you didn't get to put your feet up MrsR. Good luck for WI and that 0.5 lbs you want.:)

What a relief! That's nothing to worry about.:)

It's coming out at 22 syns for the jar or 5.5 per portion tie. That's with no free food as the main things seem to be creamed coconut and sugar with ginger and tomato well down the list.

Thanks, I will beanie. All 7 syns worth!:D

    Thank you both :A

I wrap the salmon in foil and cook for the last 15-20 minutes with the chips, mushrooms and tomatoes.
