    Anyone help with syns please?
    Sainsbury’s own authentic Korma paste - 200g jar ( thought it was paste you added couple of spoons to make curry but it’s the whole jar :() 100g is 107cals

    Morning all I just found this app called slimit where you can add you syn details in whilst your on the go . I'm loving it.
    Apparently you can add all your food
