I've been keeping an eye out for an update off you BG. I haven't posted before, but just wanted to say that things will get much better. Your son will love you for being such a caring mother. Honestly, from what I have read, you are both better off being just the two of you. Stay strong, and each day will definitely get easier.

I hope you are OK. When I heard that he had finally left I was so pleased for you. Things WILL be easier now. All the times you had to sub him, well that money will be for the debts in the future. No more worrying about keeping up appearances either. I hope that his sister is helpful to you now that he has gone.
Yes DS will be sad for a while, but keep talking to him about it etc, and he will be fine. As long as you are there for him, and are consistent that is what he needs.
Good luck with this new part of your journey.
