Me time - yep, most of the day. Last night for the guests so after cleaning and washing tomorrow that's it for a fortnight.

Using up - freezer meal for dinner and will be the same tomorrow

Heating - nope, another 4 days to go at least

    Social life - nope

Exercise - nope and I started off so well with this :(

    Beauty spends - 40/10

Last few days of this month's challenge. How many more NSD can you get? Can you stretch the food out you have left and postpone the next big shop for a final push of money saving/using up/etc?

FIL will visit tonight and we'll have LO beef bourguignon. Took LO scotch broth for lunch and two slices of frozen toast that I stuck in the freezer just as it's wasn't nice enough for fresh anymore.

Still early days but my new planner is working a treat. My head feels clearer and I feel more organised and on top of things. So that was a worthy spend.

Dull and foggy up here today but hopefully the sun will come out later and dry my washing. Heating is off again. The last few days I just had it on very briefly so I could stick the thickest items on the radiators. The rest dries just fine now as it's milder.

Managed some me-time yesterday, crochet and reading.

    Have a nice day

Good luck vintage brighton - hope you bounce back quickly.

    Apologies Thrifty.

Not sure what is up with me this month, extremely down in dumps when I go quiet and then don't post.
Spent a fair bit last few days as well.

Saturday - DD bankcard wouldn't work so I funded lunch £20 eek. Her turn next time.
Sunday - spent money on my house, new lamp, twig lights and some photo frames - realise got none of new gd on show. £30 plus tescos food shop £15.
Monday - I had a day off work, plan to go walking but first thing pea souper. Took 2 pairs of trousers back to Sainsbobs I would never wear them and bought a winter jacket - bright red and a jumper.£15 after refund and then hit Matalan new bath mat, towel and throw for living room £30.

Yesterday afternoon, touched up paintwork kitchen found right color in my garage, cleaned gutters out and made my lounge so cosy love it. Decided it makes me happier and now ready to tackle October with minimum spending.

    Today SFD

    Grateful for
Chased Quidco so should get £19 in bank next few days.
    Lovely walk lunchtime along beach.
Reading lovely book - A boy made of blocks
Sunny and warm here so will cut grass hopefully after work before great rain thats forecast.
