Have I missed the discussion of POFA2012 or is my knowledge out of date?
Seems there was a ticket on the windscreen in August 2017 and a NTK was sent in January 2018, so outside of the 28 days - 56 days for windscreen tickets?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Am I right in thinking that my main argument is the disproportionate fine as to losses they would have suffered due to the vehicle being there for an accidental 16mins over? As on those figures - roughly they should be charging £225 an hour to park there?!
Unfortunately you couldn't be more wrong. That argument will fall on deaf ears.
Your main points will be POFA compliance, poor signage, landowner authority (make them prove it) and all the usual ones people put in.0 -
As above. Do not even mention the 'loss' argument! You need to read the Beavis case!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
