Hello
Hangs head in shame.. Been having fun with the kids this week and not too much flying done, next week doesn't look good either DD1 going into hospital on Monday for ear operation, she will be off school for a few weeks and will need/want lots of attention.. but hopefully will get the basics done
I will try and pop in some time for some motivation, I got a good book from the library on Wednesday called: "No more clutter, how to clear your space and free your life" by Sue Kay, it is really good and got some good tips
can't wait to get stuck in, even if I do a little bit
Talk to you all later
Just caught up on some posts, Lil-me: all positive vibes coming your way for your friend and baby ((((((hugs)))))0 -
Hi everyone
at work so just a quick message to lil-me to say I have PM'd you some information.
KazMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
I have listed my ebay stuff on turbolister...finally!!
22 items. Lets see hoe these ones go. I might not upload them till later on tonight , though. What do you guys think??
I've done quite well today, except for the meal pland and shopping list.
Have to pick up DS at 2:30pm, so I'm going to try to get some ebay stuff parceled up to post.....
I'm pretty shure that I have managed everything else on my list...oh, beds to do, but I tend to get kinders do those themselves.
I haven't had lunch yet...would love chocolate log, but my big fat ar*e says otherwise...0 -
I agree Tracy, everyone looks different than i thought -some really cute babies too! Hope there is nothing ever offensive on my wall - my sisters friends send me some awful pics/jokes - I do try and delete them asap as my girls like looking at facebok with me too.
Michelle - glad it went well - my 2nd one was a wriggler - gets uncomfy later on - think they must have more room !!
Embb - if you want to be invited on facebook then pm me your e-mail address and I will send you the link.
What? we are supposed to be flying today??
Only kidding - wm been on, cot stripped & changed, downstairs hoovered, toybox sorted to make room for next weeks bday pressies. 2 toy boxes in dd's room emptied and given to LO. 2 bags of old clothes taken to sally army bin down the road.0 -
Just a quickie - have bought myself a slow cooker (i'll wean OH off ready meals if it kills me!) but have got a quick question - how much water/stock do you need to sling in with a whole chicken and veggies and for how long?
As a cook, I make damn fine fireguard!!!!!I'd rather be watching CSI!0 -
You are all really busy and putting me to shame. I came in at 1.30, needing to pick up DS at 2.30 and what do I do - come on here and catch up and look at my ebay stuff!!!!!!!!! So no flying there then!!!!
I may flip a duster later, but more likely strip some more wallpaper. DS is going full time to 3.30 from next week so in theory I can have more time to fly !?! But that said, you are all motivating me to get my stuff on ebay and clear all my carp, which is leaving the house tidier so I am getting there in the end.
Lilme - I am glad your friend has a diagnosis at least, I really think that is half the battle, and the things they can do with littlies these days is amazing. 90% odds is great and I really hope that things progress well.
Michelle - wonderful news about the scan you must be so relieved. I hope the rest of the pregnancy goes well and that you will enjoy it rather than worrying!!!

The coffee is giving me a headache, bad coffee.
No idea about the SC sorry, don't have one, I'm not patient enough...
Going to just S&S bathroom today, collect DS1 and see if they will behave enough to visit Papa (my Dad) in hospital.
Ah there we go, MIL going to watch them.
Need a drink and some pain killers first though.
And get Snotbags up too.... and dry the pots0 -
Well I've had a good sleep
Earlier I tried but outside was making too much noise and then my mum rang which woke me up alot. So I made the beds, tidied the kitchen (note I didn't do the washing up - I'm leaving that one to OH as he said he'd do them
) had a rant to one of my male friends after he'd had a similar rant to me :rotfl: Then I did a disc clear up, put the washing out on the maiden as it's now drizzling here (what happened to the sundshine?
) and then set the computer to defrag as I went back upstairs and tried again :rotfl::rotfl: Listened to my CD and fell asleep during it (Its a Paul McKenna one so in a way its to be expected) woke up at my alarm going off an hour later and promptly turned over and went back to sleep. Woke up suddenly for no reason and then 10 seconds later the phone started ringing! Spooky as thats twice thats happened today:eek: !! Told Oxfam to take me off their call list and now I've just had my dinner - 2 slices of cake and a packet of crisps - so much for the diet
Off to stalk you all on Facebook:wave: Oh and DON'T LOOK AT MY PROFILE IF YOU HAVE KIDS AROUND - there's lots of erm....dodgy stuff on it
:o I'll make sure the group (Ol' Style MSE! for those interested ) stays clean though!
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Charity shop drop off and prescription collected but the chemist was closed for lunch. I didn't know shops still did that, hell, I bet they have a half day on Thursdays too!
Thinking of leaving the food shopping until late tonight so now I'm going to do the windows. I think I'll paint the remaining two doors in the kitchen today too. See what I'm doing here? Putting off wallpapering. It's like the whole catflap fitting incident all over again; 3 month run up to it, half a day to do and it wasn't that bad actually.
Suggestions needed for using two celeriac (they were reduced and I was feeling daring) and similarly 8 passion fruit..
