Quick S&S in the rooms I did yesterday, bit of ironing done, 2 washloads blowing on the line and I've emptied, cleaned, flung and sorted all my drawers in the bedroom. Just having a pause before I tackle the wardobe. I'm not going to be happy though,I wear about half a dozen things and the rest just makes it look like I've got some clothes. Be ruthless! I'll do the airing cupboard when Lucy has finished sleeping in there.
The noisy workmen outside have stopped drilling the road as I think there's a funeral at the church this morning so I'll get some windows opened for the duration.

    Morning all

Two loads of washing hung out, including the throws.

Good job I got so much done yesterday because DD is still asleep (her day off) so I can't do anything noisy yet. Wednesdays are a long day for her, full day at work followed by a 3 hour evening class - she's out from 7.30 am to 9.30 pm. I'll get her to strip her bed when she does get up but may not wash it until tomorrow.

    Otherwise, all quiet here.

    decision time...

The college course I have been doing for 4 years (dressmaking and tailoring) is unaccredited.. I went for fun and for the social aspect and so the girls could go inthe creche and have someone to play with other than each other... BUT.. After christmas they are starting the same course (pretty much) but City and Guilds accredited. I really liked doing the course but it was basically a 'do as you please' kind of thing and I'm not very good at making decisions, consequently I got very little done the last year I was there so this year I didn't enrol.. plus they had increased the fees massively and it was not financially viable for me on top of having to suddenly pay 7 childrens lunches rather than just 2. The C&G you are told what you have to make and given a dead line to get it done... I work well to deadlines.. hence I do better here.

Depending on how much it will cost to do the C&G of course.. do we think it would be beneficial to do the accredited course or shall I stick to my guns and not do it.. I do hope to go to uni in a couple of years when Tiddles is at full time nursery or school .. I 'think' I want to do biology degree (I might change my mind on subject but biology is always the thing I come back to.. not sure what I would do with it once I had got it either.. lol) and having completed a C&G will get me in as evidence of previous learning.. so it WILL work to my advantage and I will be able to do the C&G with my eyes closed.

So what would you lot do??
