You are NOT APPEALING
Get that word out of your head
You are showing why you have no legal liability
You MUST edit your posts. DO NOT infer who drove. Call them "the driver". Nothing else.
VCS fail, entirely, when it comes to following POFA2012 sufficiently to hold the Keeper liable. They dont even bother, from memory.
So you MUST edit. Can others also appropriately edit.0 -

This looks to be at a debt collecting stage rather than a formal Letter Before County Court Claim (LBCCC)...
Is there anything the addressee should be doing right now before it gets to the LBCCC stage? Or should the letter be ignored until that point?
i read on the sticky that a robust response is advised, but that it's better to ignore...0 -

You are under no obligation to tell them. If I asked you for £500 what would you say?0

Hi.
The keeper has now received a further letter from VCS Ltd (not an official court document). This time, the letter is titled 'Letter Before Claim'.
It is asking the keeper to now pay an increased sum of money before c. 20th December.
Can someone please advise what should be done next? Should a written response be sent back?
Thank you.0
