What gets ironed?

erm...
what I don't iron are towels and m/f cleaning cloths and dusters. I do iron yellow dusters but don't use them so often now. And socks and tights don't get ironed.
But I like ironing.

I don't iron, ever.
DH does his own stuff and very occasionally he will remove something that I am about to wear and will run an iron over it. I don't buy things that need ironing.
I do carefully peg out on the line or arrange flat on the airer so that things dry reasonably flat.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

One of my jobs is delivering clothes for an ironing service and I'm always amazed that people actually pay someone else to iron their dishcloths and face flannels etc. I think it's actually quite mad! I can't understand why those things need ironing!
I iron pretty much nothing, apart from the odd item that I can't get away with leaving (men's shirts or fancy skirts or blouses for my kids - 3 and 5y/olds)
I don't buy stuff for myself that needs ironing!
I Absolutely don't iron bedding. Bung it in the tumble drier when its nearly dry them make the bed whilst it's still warm - and proof! Not a crease in sight!
Same method applied to kids school polo shirts! Not looking forward to secondary school uniform though!Oct GC £0/£4000 -

I ironed a shirt last month as I had a job interview, and the time before that was my last job interview 4 years ago. My Mum irons tea towels, pillows, face cloths, bedding the lot so when I visit her I sometimes iron these simple items to give her a break from the evil items that I would ruin

Nope no ironing here either. Anything I buy has to undergo the "scrunch" test. If it looks crumpled then I don't buy it no matter how pretty, cheap etc it is0

[QUOTE=gemmylou86;73056327Not_looking_forward_to_secondary_school_uniform_though![/QUOTE]
Have never ironed secondary school uniform in my life! Shirts are polyester/cotton and go straight off the line into the wardrobe, or have a quick whiz in the tumbler if needed. Trousers and sweatshrits just dont crease.
I iron what needs to be ironed - although I actually dont mind ironing I dont have the time.0
