eBay debt collectors - Can I ignore them?

Inshort, if the debt collection agency is put after me can I simply ignore them without paying them nor eBay or will they pursue with court action?
eBay have blocked my account after providing them so much information and used so much of my time I find it offensive for them to even ask to me pay for there fees when they have suspended me for nothing.

I suspect you'll get no more than a few calls or letters, probably not even a visit . However you will of course not be able to use eBay again, nor will anyone that eBay believe is associated with you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. They email me today after me spending the last 3 weeks or so contacting ebay to try and get an update regarding my account saying my account will remain suspended and for security reasons they wont tell me why???? so I am retaliating by not paying me fees, atleast I hope I can get away with it0 -
Depends if you want an entry on your credit record...if not, I suggest you pay it.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

It's been many years since anyone has managed to find any case where ebay have pursued a debtor via the courts. They usually give up either at the nagging stage, or sometimes at the debt collection agency stage.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
