I won a dvd with fivefilm.tv in the middle of October and I haven't received it yet. I've contacted them loads through email but only had 1 reply. They asked me to confirm my postal address. They're 'looking' into it! :rolleyes:

Winnings can take months. I'm still waiting for one from July. Just keep sending a very polite, grovelling email, every month or so. Apparently my stuff is coming from Russia!!!!!

I have a comps folder with the name of each site as a seperate notepad.. I find it's easier for me that way

The 'thanks' doesn't work for me as I have dodgy internet and only use this site for about 25 percent of the comps I enter as searching takes me too long on here... and the sites in my favourites under comps...

..which helped while MSE was down as I have my own ready made system lol

I'm all excited today cos we're (me, my sister and our auntie) going to watch Take That later!!! :j :j :j
We couldn't get tickets for Manchester so we have to go to Birmingham instead - its not too long on the train. I wanted to go and see tham last year but it wasn't long after I had dd2 so I wasn't feeling upto it! I haven't got a clue what time we'll be back - probably after 12 I would have thought. I'll have a lot of catching up to do tomorrow but it'll be worth it

A bride groom maybe, but don't think other half would be too pleased ~ he'd prefer the bride.

Just a signed cd and t shirt and other stuff from a Russian singer ~ you never know he may be famous one day, so its going in the attic along with other stuff/junk/collectables I've collected over the years (and one day, my family will have to clear it all out :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think I am going to will it to my granddaughter, she's just like me and doesn't want to throw anything away ~ much to the annoyance of my daughter.

Also I just wondered (as this is my first comping xmas!) do there tend to be more comps out there in the run up to xmas?

Oh furndire, I'm the same - had a little clear out of the 2nd bedroom a few weeks ago, put all the stuff to one side which was being recycled/thrown out..... last night I went into the room & put it all back again :rotfl:Shhhhh BF doesn't know yet
