Good idea as I have to hunt for all the closing comps and I am a bit lazy:o:D

Hello all,

I won on the instant win, Paramount hotels just before Christmas, the 20th December to be exact, on screen came up a message saying that I would hear from them within a week, it being so near Christmas I didnt think it would be a week but I still havent heard anything. Can anyone suggest anything?

According to the T&C's of that comp it ended on the 30/09?

1. Timing: The promotion begins at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”)(local UK time), Monday 29th October 2007 and ends at 23:59 GMT, 30th November 2007 (the "promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Instant Win Game.

Maybe thats why you haven't heard?

I'm not trying to shout you down, but you seem to be asking for ALL competitions to be posted in 1 thread. The opening poster would be the only one who could edit the first post, so I don't think you'll get anyone volunteering to keep adding and deleting comps to one thread - it would be a full time job! Not to mention all the comp posters having to post in 2 places. The thread itself would be pretty useless I should think as all the comps would be in the order of the date they were posted, not the date they finished.

We get loads of suggestions of ways to change the board, and they're all great in theory - I can see why people would want to make it easier, but personally I'm happy to put the work in to win a few prizes - I probably miss lots of comps, but there are always more coming along!

In an ideal world it would be possible to click one link and get a list of soon to close comps, and click another for all gadget comps, or holiday comps etc, but unfortunately I can't see that being possible on this forum, as it's not geared specifically for competitions, it's just a general forum

That's just my opinion, of course, and means nowt! :rotfl:

They were doing a seasonal one which finished sometime in December, it was in the daily comps, I didnt enter until the 20th December so the comp was still running then .........wasnt it, Oh dont tell me I got my hopes for a few nights away for nothing.

This is my first attemt at entering any competition on the internet .
Can anyone advise me if it is save using sites like http://www.myoffers.co.uk, or wold i be better just sticking to competitions on this site, as i dont want a lot of spam email, and phonecalls.
