Talking of Pigsback I deliberatley don't go through the links for this reason. I won 3 times in December from them and once in November, so I think they probably know where the entries are from.
Its possible that is why PB has cut back on the amount they pay out on cts, as when you are looking through the site to find them, you are automatically clicking on to sponsor sites who in turn will pay them. So if you only click on one their revenue will go down. After all, they are a business, who need sponsors to pay them, and without these sponsors, there are no prizes. To me that is another reason to visit sites, even though you have the answers without doing.

I'm as guilty as anyone of being a lazy comper - I enter lots of comps but have only posted a few as many of the ones I find have already been posted.

To try to encourage all of us to post more comps, I was wondering whether it might be worth having a mini-challenge and seeing how many of us can find a new comp to post this week?

    Views please!!

Hi hjb123 - I'm not sure that everyone does actively look for comps, or post them. There are loads of people entering but it always seem to be the same people posting.

I know when I started entering, it took me ages to pluck up the nerve to post my first competition! I thought if we had a little challenge, it might encourage some of the newer compers to get over their nerves and post their first comps :)

    Maybe it's just me then:

Hi I'm Liz, I'm a compaholic and it's been 14 days since I posted my last comp

  • You have a good point there Furndire. I think it is just "good manners" to click through from the link to the sponsor's website and to send my e-mail from there. Am I gettting old?
