My only ever win since I started comping. . .yonks ago. . . and it still hasn't arrived. I was a November winner for a thermal mug (woopie doo). Didn't arrive tho' . . I've e-mailed them loads of times and tried phoning but it gets to the point where to chase any more costs more than the prize was worth. . . what a let down

Is anyone actually getting email ? I have emailed the link which says email for technical problems, got the standard back but then at the bottom, it says last resort, so have now emailed that. I'll let you know what happens.0

I haven't had any this year at all, I wonder if (going technical here) it's because it'll only allow so much info on it so over xmas when there was hardly any posted on the forum I got them everyday without fail but now more comps are posted it's too much for it - ITMS?
