Car got through its MOT with only the fee to pay (woohoo) and side hustle paid in today too. Good week money wise as both of us get paid, only the roof and teen boy's birthday to pay out but as he wants a bike that can just sit there until bike shops are open and he can try a few out! (He's ok with this) Uni teen is staying put till at least 8th March as she's getting a rent rebate till then so that's about £1000 off her next accommodation bill, worth staying at home for as everything is online anyway. Roof scaffolding arrives Monday and work starts on Tuesday so hoping that will all be out of the way by next weekend and we can re-jig all the money again and work out when we can slash this final debt by.

Scaffolding is up, Boris has declared everyone's back in school from the 8th of March so online school shoe order has gone in for the teen boy. Apart from that a NSD and a healthy eating one too.

Roof is done and paid for and made the big decision to pay off our one remaining loan in full. Feels sooooooooooo good. Now the BFF is smaller the focus on the next few months is to refill it - I really like having that cushion of money that I know is mine. Then we re-jig the mortgage and start to smash the overpayments. So a few more months on here before I treat myself to a shiny new home on the mortgage-free wannabee thread.
