No interviews then two at once, one tomorrow at current school and one Friday at school I did the lesson at. Spent the day really confused yesterday as current school know I have an interview Friday and have put this one the day before. Similar happened last year as well and I ended up taking this one year contract. So decided overnight to just go for both of them and see what happens, as well as putting in more applications as neither of these are guaranteed. As the teen put it yesterday, a job is a job and the bank manager won't care where or which one!

Got a permanent job at current school, so happy and a fair bit relieved too. Going to relax this weekend before working out we can do financially from now on. Got uni-teen to support so that's a load of money right there and going to get a settlement on the Mr T loan to see how much is left when they take the interest off. Might as well keep on saving up while we are still mostly locked down too as this is a good opportunity to get things stacked up.

Big shop for in-laws done, and bought a few more bits and bobs to keep the starving teens happy until I do our big shop tomorrow. So £11 spent on us today. It's pay day on Friday and I reckon we can squeeze another £200 over to the 6 month fund. I need a lovely new name for this fund though as it's not going to be for 6 months of bills anymore, answers on a postcard please, once I get the statement from the big loan I can decide whether we can pay it off or part of it. I do like having some money just sat there to be honest as I can;t remember being in that position before!

Off for 11 days in a row now so time to tackle the house and garden as it feels like everyone around us has been sorting theirs while we've been working! So many little annoying things that need fixing or sorting plus the gardens are both massive projects. Hopefully we won't need to spend too much to get them looking reasonable again, just a bit of elbow grease to get them sorted. Changed the name of the 6 month fund as it will still be needed to help see us through the next few uni years but needed a more positive title to encourage us to keep it up. So it's now the BFF - Bright Future Fund! Pay day tomorrow so some of that going on the house/garden and then more stashing to my BFF :D
