£5.20 in surveys today and a job applied for which would see me through till next summer, wedding anniversary too so a gift from in-laws of £100 for me and hubby and a meal out with them later on in the week. Both tired so not much done today apart form shuffling stuff around to make it look tidier :rotfl:
Tomorrow is a full day of side hustle work and finishing off some paperwork so I can 'clear the decks' of all unnecessary papers ready for a new start, whenever and wherever that is. A friend suggested that I get my hair and nails done in anticipation of the new job following so going to book that for later in the week too - on a roll now.Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Lots of sitting still and sorting out paperwork to be done today, I am a bit of a 'put it in a carrier bag and deal with it later' kind of girl! Then a nice meal out with in-laws tonight for our anniversary (they're paying as a treat/pressie)Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Spendy day today but worth it for a new hairstyle in anticipation of getting a shiny new job. Have not done a big food shop this week as we've been eating out of the cupboards (so cheekily used some of that for the hair!). Meal out last night was amazing, I haven't eaten that much in years so don't need to eat much today. Came home with a bag of new potatoes from in-laws and they saw a scratch on my car (thanks to a nasty person in a car park months ago) so f-I-l has booked it in to have the door re-sprayed and to pay for a new tyre as well.
Going to go over finances again tonight and menu-plan for the next few days and for the holsMortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Didn't menu plan but did start on decluttering the boy's room - so far one bin bag of school uniform and old clothes out of there and started to repair his chest of drawers as all the runners are either loose or have come out. Was considering getting a new wardrobe but this is just a few pounds worth of repairs to see him through instead. Going to finish off the repairs and clothes tomorrow then try to sort toys and books next. Up to £15.05 on surveys - target is £100 as quickly as I can.Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Hot and thirsty work today still gutting the boy's room, 3 bags of clothes sorted, toys and books still to go but it's such a small room it gets very hot very quickly. No idea how he's got so much stuff, but a lot of it is from friends and relatives so I don't feel quite as bad about it. Remembered we had a small chest of drawers in the garage so have swapped it with a larger one he had so now at least he has a tiny bit more room in there. Moneywise I haven't been anywhere or done anything but going to have to do a food shop later today as there's barely anything fresh in now.Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly
