I don't think they have a complaints dept as such but   rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com   or raise a ticket.

  • I’ve just received five small white survey items through the post. All item numbers start with the same two digits so all supposed to be posted in the same week. (ie doesn’t look like panellists have carried them over from a previous week). I can’t understand why they aren’t spaced out more, it must catch somebody’s eye when they have to deliver them all together.

Does anyone really care if a survey item is spotted? Especially so far near the end of the chain at the point of delivery.
I doubt there is someone sifting through the post to make sure survey items are handled swiftly - if they were then my local post box wouldn't be forgotton so often!

I use the presentation packs as normal stamps - they won't be worth anything more than face value for quite a while.  Its handy when I get the ones with large value stamps in them (£1+) as I use them for parcels.
Which also fits the description of LARGE LETTER ones - currently worth £1.06 (until 23rd March) ...
... when they become worth £1.15

Yeah I use those as well - I send a number of small parcels throughout the year, the large value presentation pack stamps are a useful supplement as I never seem to have quite enough large letter stamps to last me the whole year.

Always very slow when the survey offers go out.

Anyway, as I had nothing better to do I thought I would do an experiment.  Logged into the site at around 1130 this morning and refreshed the page regularly.  At 13.08 I got an e-mail offering correctly delivered but at no time had I been offered it through the website pop up.  The conclusion must be that the e-mail is a blanket cover even though there is no availability in your area.

Just got in from the shops & managed to be accepted for the CDS.  I am just finishing a CDS this week so that all helps the points balance.

I've long suspected this to be the case. I also think they have "wider coverage" for the unaddressed mail survey than for the correctly delivered. I seem to get invites for the former, but not the latter. Perhaps, for the CDS, they target postcodes (mail routes) with a high(er) level of complaints for missing post etc. No issues in my area.

That's interesting. Didn't they once say that invites weren't sent out to panellists who were currently active on a particular survey?
I much prefer the new points system and having a choice of rewards.
