I've not experienced that slowness until today; I've often managed to log in to the website / open the app shortly after a survey announcement with no delay other than the few seconds that it normally takes for a page to load / app to open.

Today, though, neither the site nor the app would load /open for ages, as LalalaLindy said (I was going to say "Same here" to wideband, but both did respond - eventually). The website was just 'hanging' (is that the right term?) after I tried to sign in, and I kept getting kicked out of the app (which was also taking its time, but not as much as the site) and had to sign back in each time.

When the website finally opened I remembered that I - and others (well, at least one other person) - can't access survey invites that way anyway, the 'Available Survey' link being redundant (that and the fact that an invite appears as a pop-up on the website when you sign in - or refresh the page if already signed in - at the time a survey is genuinely available). So there was no site pop-up for me, and when the app decided to behave there was no "campaign or survey" available there either. (What are these mysterious campaigns, which are presumably different from surveys? Has anybody ever been invited to participate in one? I suspect that there are only surveys, and that this message is just something generic put in by the app developers.)

As far as my experience with the site / app goes, the loading times today (together with a slight difference in what happens when I click on 'Available Survey' on the website, which I won't bore you with) were definitely anomalous.

As for survey availability itself, I believe that molerat's experiment confirms the view that many of us have been heading towards during the recent discussions about this. It's annoying, but not surprising, that Kantar TNS won't change their procedure and send out targeted survey availability emails instead. As long as they keep sending out blanket-coverage emails, up and down the country we'll all still be trying to access those survey invites in the hope that something is actually available in our area. They could easily spare non-eligible people the (admittedly not major) frustration and disappointment.

Thanks for doing that little test, molerat. If somebody from Kantar TNS monitors this forum, maybe some benefit will come of it now that they know that we know!

I can't log on - often happens - says my email or password are incorrect when they are absolutely correct and will work, generally, a few hours later.

Got another email today inviting me to correctly delivered survey on the 16th March but some sc*m b*g has nicked it again!

Just back on the survey after a break. Got my first training pack today but no stamps, can someone remind me when I'm supposed to get the first lot and the presentation pack please.

I think I managed to get onto an Unaddressed Mail Survey this afternoon. Was i nthe park with my dog when I got the email, managed to get online and clicked the box which appeared under available surveys so hopefully it worked!

Stamps have arrived, including a star wars set, that's a nice bonus considering I have had my thank you and goodbye message a couple of weeks ago!

I have used the last of my "extra" sticky labels today.  I left the panel a year ago.

I have a test item to post on Tues morning but I won't be able to post it until the afternoon. Should I just post it in the afternoon, or hold onto it and post it the following week on the Tuesday morning? TIA.
