I have a test item to post on Tues morning but I won't be able to post it until the afternoon. Should I just post it in the afternoon, or hold onto it and post it the following week on the Tuesday morning? TIA.
Post it in the afternoon - Kantar do not really care what time of day you post it, so long as it is accurately logged on the app or website :)

I can foresee a time, coming shortly, when a number of active panelists will have to self isolate because of the Cororavirus and will not be able to fulfil their posting commitments in a timely way.  I hope KANTAR will be issuing instructions on what should be done in these cases.

In my posting pack today I received a jiffy bag where the card-and-folded-paper insert had been force stuffed in at  such an angle at TNS that the jiffy bag began to split along the seam (if that's the word for the edge) when I removed it to add the information label.

    Not surprised.
Some of them are very tight.

I just got an invitation for the correctly delivered survey on 30th March at 13.07 I was at my computer at 13.07 and logged on exactly then and there was nothing to accept, either it was never there even though I had an email or some sl*m has nicked it again, but how can they if I was logged on at 13.07?

And for me.   Beginning to wonder if they send these messages out just to keep us interested !!
  • I managed to pick it up this time but was slower in getting on than in the past, when there has been nothing. I firmly believe there we’re just not invited on certain occasions, despite the email.

I've literally just picked up a place. I do think that there must be a blanket email but only spaces in certain areas as despite receiving the email and acting almost immediately on the last 3-4 occasions I didn't get anything, but today I am at least 40 minutes after it went out and I got it.
