Does anyone have an address to send the wretched RFIDs back to please, getting a message every day and have requested an envelope 5 times!!
Sent you a PM with the address.

The envelopes they send are business reply envelopes, so without one you'll need to pay postage.
You won’t need to put a stamp on it. Kantar can decide at their end whether to pay the postage+ handling surcharge or not.

    Correctly delivered just popped up.

And for me.. and as usual - no actual survey even though it pinged on my phone and I opened the app within a minute.

The one I've just finished was really easy - only 2 days that weren't all zero!

I now have 2 items in my queue overdue and 2 more this week - with no Posting Pack  and no RFID to put in them either...

Luckily I had a bumper batch of mail on Saturday with a few test items, and an envelope with 3 RFIDs from Kantar. I can now post my 2+ weeks overdue items!

The ones for this week and next week don't need an RFID, even if the posting instructions say otherwise.

I rarely get a survey these days as I tend not to live on my mobile phone.  They are long gone by the time I remember to switch it on and check messages!

Today I got 2 posting packs....   One with the items that should be going out this week - so I can post one item on Friday and one next week.  With monthly stamps included.   And the other for the first week of January - with 2 cubes and a mailbag - oh fun!.  But still no sign of the pack with items that should have gone out last week.   So the backlog is not being cleared in any logical way...

I suspect there might be some logic to the way the backlog is being cleared, if indeed logic is being applied at all. For the items that should have been delivered 2 weeks ago, they are already late and it doesn’t now matter how late they are. Whereas items which are not currently late might still be delivered on time if they prioritise those, so I suspect they are focusing on delivering most recently posted mail first and then catching up on the late items when they have capacity to do so.

Could be...  In an ideal world they would do the oldest sacks of the backlog first and move forwards but I suspect that many depots won't have the space to sort the sacks or rollcages and do that  - so it will be do whatever they can when they have the capacity.
I need to think of something new here...

Anyone finding mistakes from other panelists?

I’ve had 2 in a week. They’ve completely messed up so I can’t record what I received. If I report them both, then they’ll likely be thrown off the panel but on the other hand, I have items I can’t record that I’ve received!

Everyone is getting thrown off soon. Report them as per the guidelines.
