Does anyone have an address to send the wretched RFIDs back to please, getting a message every day and have requested an envelope 5 times!!
I was assuming my Dashboard telling me to return several RFIDs is generated by a (not very intelligent) computer program, as in their email of 14 Dec they said :
    • Please retain your RFID stock as you will be using RFIDs again from 2nd January 2023.
So I’ve been ignoring their messages to send them back!!
    From the latest Postscript:

Please continue to follow instructions as they are relayed to you through your account. If we ask you to return RFIDs, return them as we need them for the next allocation and you will have others on their way to you.

Anyone finding mistakes from other panelists?

I’ve had 2 in a week. They’ve completely messed up so I can’t record what I received. If I report them both, then they’ll likely be thrown off the panel but on the other hand, I have items I can’t record that I’ve received!
Everyone is getting thrown off soon. Report them as per the guidelines.
They are also known to throw the person who’s reported things off the panel as well!

I’d prefer to stay on until April.

During my stint I recieved 2 items with incorrect paperwork. You have to record receipt. It tells you what to do in the guidelines.

Items are being sent out without RFIDs until January. This is normal because of the strikes.

On the "Receiver Data Entry" page you will see a box

If you tick it you don't have to enter the RFID.

That doesn’t work as the R-Number I’ve received is for a different postcode so it doesn’t recognise it and I get an error message.

I don’t want to go into specifics but the sender has sent the wrong R-Number to the wrong people, they’ve clearly put the wrong sheets inside the wrong envelopes somehow.

I received one without an R number and one with the wrong R number but they both had RFIDs then and needed to be recorded.

If you haven’t got the right R number (or haven’t got an R number at all, as happened to me once), then I don’t think you can record it - the system will just present an error message. I was told just to bin it and send the RFID back to them.

Clearly what has happened is that someone hasn’t been paying attention when they where sticking the labels to the bits of paper inside the envelopes and haven’t noticed that the postcode on the label didn’t match that of the address on the envelope itself. Things like that shouldn’t happen with Spectos, given everything is preprepared.

Today I got my first incoming item for over a fortnight...   a cube.  Well it started out as a cube and was more of a trapezoid by the time postie handed it over.  So I now have one RFID in hand ready for January.
I need to think of something new here...

Kantar replied. I had to post back to them the 1 RFID they had asked for just before their 14 Dec email, but retain the others that they had asked to be sent back after their 14 Dec email.
