I no longer get them and note that the previous Kantar post was also stopped after 630 odd pages..HonestJohn said:gt94sss2 said:Has anyone else stopped getting notifications that a new post has been added to this thread?

Is the little red bookmark icon at the top of the page still completely filled in in red, or is it just a red outline? The emails aren’t being diverted to spam?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

A first for me.... I failed to send an item this morning as I haven't got the Posting Pack for this week. I've already held back a few items because I had no RFID in stock but this is the first time I've not even had the envelopes. Sent Kantar a message.
The RM strikes and backlog are really hitting the statistics - the dashboard is showing 1st Class down to about 72% instead of 95% plus target.I need to think of something new here...1 -
One wonders about the point of doing this survey when the ability to participate is so comprised by posting packs etc not arriving in the mail in a timely manner but I suppose that,s all part of the intrinsic purpose of the survey, ie to gather efficiency statistics.
i fear these punishing strikes, especially in the run up to Christmas, after two bad Covid seasons, is really jeopardising the whole structure of Royal Mail as a business going forward. A large number of my own personal contacts have transferred to email greeting cards this year, both because of postage costs and the impact of the strikes. Multiply their departures across the whole of the UK and Royal Mail won't have much of a business left to be surveyed about !2 -

I think RM have given up on mail. They are trying to ditch Saturday deliveries. Their main focus is on the lucrative parcel business. They have invested heavily in it.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -
Posting packs have been arriving for me - it seems they have been sending these with parcel labels recently, which means someone in a van delivers them rather than the postie with letters. Letter delivery seems to have been forgotten about in favour of parcels in my area.
Not that makes any difference as I've got items I've been unable to post for over a week due to receiving no test items and therefore no RFID stock.0 -

I’ve received all of my posting packs up until the end of the month.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0

Temporary changes to RFIDsWe have been monitoring the Royal Mail strike situation carefully over the past few weeks. From this monitoring we have been able to understand the impact of the strikes and provide that insight back to Royal Mail for its regulators and we want to say thank you for being part of this.We have also been monitoring the time it takes for you to receive your posting packs and your RFID stock levels, and the impact the strikes are having on them.A number of panellist have already been in contact with us due to not having enough RFIDs to post with items, or receiving a posting pack later than expected.Royal Mail are expected to be very busy between now and the end of the year, with more strikes currently scheduled for December. Therefore, we have made a decision which will impact the items you send over the next few weeks, please see the information below.• For items you have scheduled to send on
Week Commencing 19th Week Commencing 19th and 26th December 2022, you do not need to include a RFID in these items.• When preparing an item for these weeks, you should select ‘None’ when selecting a RFID.• If you have already prepared an item to be sent on this week with a RFID, please send this as normal.• Please retain your RFID stock as you will be using RFIDs again from 2nd January 2023.This is a short term change to this requirement. RFIDs, and the data from them, remain an integral part of the survey.Thank you for your understanding.1 -
